PKL: UP Yoddha wants to end Delhi phase with victory

New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): When UP Yoddha take to the mat against Tamil Thalaivas in the 108th match of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 10 at Thyagaraja Indoor Stadium on Tuesday, they will aim to end the Delhi leg with a win. GMR Group-owned franchise Yoddha made a spectacular comeback in their last match with a big 39-23 win against U Mumba on Saturday.
Tamil Thalaivas, on the other hand, had lost their last match against Gujarat Giants by 30-42. Currently the Warriors are placed 11th in the league standings with 28 points and a score difference of -47. Whereas, Thalaivas are just one place above them in the table with 40 points and a score difference of 17. Both the teams have faced each other 14 times in the history of PKL. In which Yoddha won five matches, while three matches ended in a tie.
Speaking before the match, UP Yoddha head coach Jasvir Singh said, “Winning our last match has given a lot of confidence to the team. All our players are excited and ready to give their best in the final stages of this tournament.”
