Prabhas’ first look from the project was released on Wednesday. As soon as the first look surfaced online, many people reacted on Twitter and judging by the reactions, it seems most of the fans were not impressed by it. The poster went viral on Twitter and many people hilariously reacted to it and compared it to Adipurush. Amid protests, the first look poster was taken down by the makers and then shared again with slight changes. Prabhas first look out In the first look posted on Wednesday, the actor sports a top bun with a fully armed, robotic looking body. He is seen looking straight at the camera, with the caption ‘Project K Kya Hai’ written in the background. Twitter Reactions Many criticized the heavy use of graphics and also compared it to Adipurush. One comment read, “Looks like a fan made poster, even I can edit better than this.” Another said, “I really wonder where the hundreds of crores spent on Prabhas movies are going as it clearly doesn’t add up. You can’t claim to be making India’s biggest movies when some of the most basic assets like posters/teasers of your movies smack of such incompetence.” Another user wrote, “Adipurush got new brother and sister.” Another said, ‘It looks like the face has been cut out and pasted on something.’ Said another. The first look of Prabhas was changed, after that the first look poster was removed and a new poster of Prabhas was shared in its place. The new first look poster shows Prabhas in the same pose, although the look is somewhat brighter, missing the ‘project ke kya hai’ line in the background. One user said, “They deleted the first look tweet. First time someone has done this.” Another wrote, “Even that’s bad. Still pulling off the first look of a film that’s touted as pan world shows how reckless the unit is. Hope that glimpse gives a hope.” One user felt the new one was better and wrote, “They removed the old picture from their timeline. Now, it looks much better. The neck is slightly visible, making it look real, unlike earlier in which it looked like the face was superimposed.” About San Diego Comic Con Event Project K is going to be the first Indian film to be screened at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) 2023. Earlier, a billboard for Project K was seen in Times Square that read “First Look July 20”. in New York City. Deepika Padukone’s first look from the film was released on Monday. Project K is scheduled to release on 12 January 2024 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English languages.
