Priyanka Chopra reveals, took acting class from Naseeruddin Shah for this big film

Priyanka Chopra was recently in India to attend the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, where she talked about her acting choices, her career among other things. Priyanka also gave information about the making of Vishal Bhardwaj’s film ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ based on Ruskin Bond’s story Susan Seven Husbands. Apart from Priyanka, many actors like John Abraham, Irrfan Khan, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Vivaan Shah were included in the film.
The actress shared that she not only took acting classes from Naseeruddin Shah for ten days, but also took acting advice from veteran actor Pankaj Kapur. Priyanka said, “I asked him, ‘Can you please work with me on the script?’ He said, ‘What work do you need?’ I said, ‘Tell me what option I should choose.’ This is a very complex character. He said all the answers you need are in your script.
During the chat, Priyanka also shared how people had advised her not to do ‘women-oriented’ films like Fashion: “But I didn’t know any better. I liked the script. Madhur was talking about it. I liked what they were doing.”
On the work front, Priyanka is currently looking forward to the film Jee Le Zara directed by Farhan Akhtar. He was last seen in the romantic comedy, Love Again.
