In women’s doubles, the Indian pair of Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand also crashed out in the second round after going down 10-21, 20-22 to fourth seeds Mayu Matsumoto and Wakana Nagahara. This tournament is the last competition before the World Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark.
