Ayodhya: Actor Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Konidela visited the Lord at the Ram temple in Ayodhya on Wednesday morning. He was accompanied by his grandparents – Pratap C Reddy and Sucharita Reddy – for the early morning darshan at the newly constructed temple. Upasana could not join her husband during the consecration ceremony of the temple in January this year. It was his first visit to the place and he decided to bring his grandparents, who are also the founders of Apollo Hospital. His visit comes weeks after Reddy launched Apollo Hospital services in Ayodhya to provide immediate medical and emergency critical care to people visiting the temple.

Wearing a light yellow suit with gota-patti work, Upasana kept her entire traditional look simple. She tied her hair in a small ponytail and wore light pink lips and a bindi with beautiful earrings. She was not even wearing bangles or necklace. Upasana posed with her grandfather on the stairs leading to the temple and helped him walk to the sanatorium.

A video is going viral on social media in which Upasana is enjoying her Ayodhya visit. After offering prayers at the temple, he also enjoyed the local cuisine and showed off the amazing architecture of the temple to his fans. He also gave a glimpse of the grand Ram Lalla idol locations inside the temple. Upasana visited the temple at 4 am on Wednesday and posted about touring the entire temple at that time. He also shared glimpses of other holy sites around the temple and performed pujas.

Upasana and Ram welcomed their first child, a girl, in June last year. The couple named her Klin Cara. While Upasana hails from the prestigious Apollo family, Ram is the son of famous Telugu actor and Padma Shri Chiranjeevi Konidela.
