The total cost of the house will be Rs 250 crore. It will now be among the most expensive houses in Mumbai, like Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Mannat’ and Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Jalsa’. According to the report, Ranbir, who is deeply in love with Raha, may name the bungalow after her. According to fan theories, Raha will become the biggest star kid of Bollywood with this.
