Rani Mukerji was pregnant during the COVID lockdown, but lost the child in the fifth month

Rani Mukherjee, one of Bollywood’s best actresses, is currently in headlines for her personal life. Actually, the actress has recently made a shocking revelation about her personal life. Speaking at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Rani revealed that she faced a very personal tragedy before she started shooting for Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. The actress told that she was pregnant with her second child, but she lost him in the fifth month of pregnancy. Rani has been in headlines since this revelation.

At the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Rani Mukerji said, ‘Maybe this is the first time I am making this revelation because in today’s world every aspect of your life is discussed publicly, to attract more people’s attention. For them talking about your film becomes an agenda. Obviously, when I was promoting the film, I didn’t talk about it because it seemed like I was trying to speak about a personal experience that would drive the film. So, it is about the same year that Covid-19 came. It was 2020. I got pregnant with my second child in late 2020 and unfortunately I lost my child after five months of pregnancy.

Rani further said, ‘Nikhil (Advani) must have called me around 10 days after I lost my child. They told me about the story and I immediately… Not that I had to lose a child to feel the emotion, but sometimes it’s true for what you’re going through personally There is a film on time, which is capable of you.
