The actress has expressed her displeasure on this and said that this is an insult to the TV industry and the people working here and is like a slap.

Rashmi wrote on Instagram story, ‘I started working from the regional film industry. After this I started working in TV shows. People call it small screen. Where do normal people watch news, cricket or Bollywood movies? After watching this reel which was totally unexpected, I feel it is an insult to the TV industry and the people who work in TV because we are always looked down upon. Actors also want to work on the big screen, that’s how I am always treated.

The actress further wrote, ‘Everyone works very hard. But forgive me, they don’t show all this on TV shows. It all happens on the big screen. There is nothing wrong in showing reality, but this is a reality check for the TV industry because I felt it was a slap. Maybe I am overreacting. But we show culture and love on our audience. I felt very bad because I respect the TV industry a lot. Hope you always understand my emotions.
