Material :
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Corn kernels – 3 tbsp boiled
Milk – 1 cup
Paneer – half cup
Oil – for frying
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Salt – as per taste
Flour – 1/2 cup
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – optional
Method:
- First of all, keep the pan on gas. Add some oil in it and heat it.
- Now add semolina and fry until it turns golden brown. Now add milk to it and cook for some time.
- When the semolina becomes dry, add boiled corn kernels, cheese, green chillies, garam masala, black and red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, coriander leaves and stir.
- Now turn off the gas. Take out the mixture in a clean bowl. Let it cool for a while.
- Now make small balls from it. Make a thick batter by adding a little black pepper powder, salt and water to the flour.
- Keep bread crumbs in a plate. Dip the balls in this solution. Place them on bread crumbs and coat them well.
- Add oil in a pan to deep fry the balls. When the oil is well heated, put 5-6 balls in it at a time and fry them.
- When they become golden brown, take them out in a plate. Fry all the balls like this. Crunchy corn-semolina balls are ready.
