necessary ingredients
– 2 boiled potatoes
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp coriander seeds
– 1 tsp ajwain
Coriander leaves – as needed
– 4 bread slices
– 2 cups gram flour
– 2 tsp dry mango powder
– 2 tsp ground Kashmiri red chili
Green chilies as needed
– 1/2 inch ginger
Salt as needed

First of all take a pan, heat the pan on the gas and without adding oil, roast coriander, cumin seeds for 2 to 3 minutes. When it gets roasted well and it starts to smell, after that put them on the mixer grinder and make a fine powder of them. Now put oil in the pan, add oil and heat the oil well. When the oil is well heated, add finely chopped or grated ginger to it. After this, add finely chopped green chilies and mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spoon.

Now add prepared powder of red chili powder, dry mango powder, cumin and coriander to it and mix it well. Now add salt as per taste and finely chopped coriander to it, mix it well and keep it aside to cool down. Now add gram flour, celery, red chili powder to it. Then add water as required and prepare its batter. After the batter is ready, let it remain like this on one side for 5 to 7 minutes.

After this, put boiled potato in the bread slice and spread it well, after that put another slice of bread on it and press it well. Now dip the bread slices in gram flour batter and deep fry them. Now you can dilute it by adding a little water to the gram flour batter. After this, put the slices of bread in a pan of hot oil and deep fry it. Your delicious bread pakora is ready, enjoy it with mayonnaise, mint chutney or any chutney of your choice.
