Recipe – Enjoy the evening with delicious chicken cutlets – Dainik Savera Times

Material
500 grams ground chicken
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
cooking oil for frying

Method

• In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, green chillies (if using), chopped coriander, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds. Mix powder, coriander powder. Lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients well.
• Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into small patties or cutlets. Keep repeating this process until all the mixture is used.
• Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish or plate. Dip each chicken cutlet in the beaten eggs, making sure it is evenly coated, and then roll it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently so the breadcrumbs stick to the cutlets. Repeat this process for all the cutlets.
• Heat cooking oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Carefully place the chicken cutlets into the hot oil, making sure they are not overcrowded. Fry them for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
• Once the cutlets are cooked, transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
• Serve the delicious chicken cutlets hot with ketchup, chutney or your favorite dipping sauce. They can be enjoyed alone or as a filling in sandwiches or burgers.
