Flour – 1 cup
Boiled Noodles – 1 cup
Grated paneer – 1/4 cup
Cheese – 1/4 cup
Potatoes boiled – 2

Capsicum – 1

Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp

Chinese Veg Roll:
To make Chinese Veg Roll, first of all, put all purpose flour in a vessel.
Add one spoon of oil, salt as per taste and water to it and knead it soft.
After this, cover the flour with a cloth and keep it aside.
Now take boiled potatoes, peel them and mash them in a mixing bowl.
Now add chaat masala, chopped green chilies and salt to the potatoes.
After this, take the kneaded flour and make balls in equal proportion.
After this, make thin rotis from the balls and bake them.
Now take a pan and put 1 spoon of oil in it and let it heat on medium flame.
When the oil becomes hot, put finely chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum in it and roast it till it becomes soft. It may take 3-4 minutes for the vegetables to become soft.
Now add boiled noodles, black pepper and salt as per taste and fry it. After this, take them out in a vessel and keep them aside.
Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and roast the flour rotis in it by applying a little oil.
After this, place the roti on a flat surface and add schezwan sauce, boiled potato mixture, noodles mixture, grated paneer, cheese and tomato sauce.
After this roll the rotis.
After this wrap the roll in aluminum foil.
Similarly, prepare rolls from all the rotis and stuffing.
