Potato- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon

Method:
- To make Potato Cheese Shots, first wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly and then cut them into small pieces.
- Boil these potatoes for about 10 minutes. After this, take out the potatoes and keep them in a vessel.
3.Now grind these boiled potatoes with hands in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients and spices well. - Grate the cheese and add it. If you want, you can add spices to it as per taste.
- After this, mash the potatoes thoroughly with the help of hands. After this, prepare round shaped balls from potato paste.
- Make it and keep it in a plate. On the other hand, prepare a thin batter by adding some water and flour in a bowl. Put bread crumbs in a bowl and keep it aside.
- Place a pan on the gas and add oil to it and heat it.

- After this, keep dropping the balls one by one in the hot oil and then cook until they become red in colour.
