Required Ingredients:
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Chironji – 2 tbsp
Chopped almonds – 2 tsp
Cashew nuts chopped – 2 tsp
Chopped pistachios – 2 tsp
Semolina – 4 tbsp
Water as required – 2 cups
oil for frying
Sugar – 2 cups
Dry Coconut – 1 cup
Khoya – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – one teaspoon
Flour – one and a half cup
Prepare it by this method:
-First of all, fry ghee, chironji, almonds, cashews and pistachios.
Now after frying semolina in ghee for one minute, fry dry coconut in it for three minutes.
Now take it out in a vessel and add khoya and all the dry fruits to it.
Now knead the flour in a vessel with the help of ghee and water.
– After half an hour, roll it into puris and fill the mixture in it and make Gujhiya.
– Now prepare the syrup.
-After this, deep fry the Gujhiya in oil.
-Put the eggs in the syrup.
-Now you taste it.
