Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Flour – 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 8 tbsp
Ginger – 2 pieces
Green chilli – 4
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
Prepare it like this:
-First of all wash the poha and keep it aside to dry for 15 minutes.
Now mix all the ingredients except flour and bread crumbs in a vessel.
– Prepare cutlets from this mixture.
Now prepare a thin batter by adding flour, salt, black pepper and water in another vessel.
Now heat oil in a pan, dip the cutlets one by one in flour paste, roll them with bread crumbs and deep fry them.
– In this way your Poha cutlets are made.
