Method
First of all, you have to roast fenugreek seeds, kalonji and whole coriander in a pan and keep them separately. After this, you have to add curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, mustard powder, turmeric and pickle masala in a big bowl and mix it well.

After this, you have to grind the roasted spices and mix them in the curd mixture. Now put paneer pieces in it and marinate for 15 minutes and then heat oil in a pan by putting a wooden stick in the paneer and roast the paneer in it from all sides. Your Achari Paneer Tikka is ready.
