Material
500 grams milk
1 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
4 tbsp almonds (cut into pieces)
2 tbsp cashews (cut into pieces)
2 cardamoms (crushed)
10 saffron sticks
Method
You have to take milk in a pan and heat it while stirring on low flame. After the milk gets heated, add condensed milk in the pan and stir again. After some time, add crushed cardamom to it. Now add chopped cashews and almonds and keep boiling the milk. Also, mix cardamom powder, saffron and corn flour in some milk and mix it in boiling milk. Keep stirring it until it thickens. Now keep it aside to cool and put this paste in the kulfi mold and keep it in the freezer for five hours. Serve later.
