1 cup condensed milk

2 cups sugar
Method
First of all, you have to boil milk in a big vessel. When the milk comes to a boil, you have to slow down the flame and cook for 20 minutes. If cream starts forming in the milk, it has to be stopped.
After this, you have to heat ghee in a pan and add all the dry fruits to it and fry them. Now add sugar, condensed milk, saffron and cardamom powder to the already prepared milk and then cook for 20 minutes. When the milk becomes thick, add dry fruits to it and cook for another 10 minutes. Your basundi is ready.
