Chaat masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method
Wash and dry the okra, cut it into big pieces and remove the seeds inside. Now put the okra pieces in a vessel and add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and chaat masala and mix it well with the okra. Now you have to add lemon juice and salt as per taste to the bhindi and mix it well. Now leave all these for 10 minutes.
After this, add gram flour and rice flour to your bhindi and mix it well, add 2 teaspoons of oil to the bhindi pieces and slowly coat the bhindi with the spices. Heat oil in a pan and put the pieces of okra in the pan and let them be deep fried, after that add chaat masala and serve.
