3 cups spinach, finely chopped
1 cup cheese, grated
1 cup gram flour
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder

2 large tomatoes, puree
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Method
Finely chop the spinach, boil it in water for two to three minutes and keep it aside. Now in a large bowl, mix boiled spinach, paneer, gram flour, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala, red chilli. Mix this mixture well and give it the shape of round kofta. Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until they turn golden.
Now heat some oil in a separate pan and add cumin seeds in it. Add chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Add tomato puree on top and cook well. Now add cashew paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and cook, add fresh cream on top and let the gravy boil for a few minutes. Just before serving, warm the koftas lightly, dip in the creamy gravy and serve.
