Method,
– First of all, peel all the vegetables and wash them thoroughly. Now chop the onion very finely and grate the carrot, after that chop the capsicum, green chilli and cabbage very finely. Mash the cheese.
– Now put one spoon refined in a pan and heat it. Now add sesame seeds in it, fry them and keep them aside. The flavor it produces will be amazing.
– Now mash the finely chopped vegetables, cheese and boiled potatoes. Now add salt and lemon juice to this mixture and crush black pepper in it. Black pepper will give a good aroma and the taste will also be better. Then mix roasted sesame seeds well and prepare the mixture.
– Now mix all these things so much that small balls can be made easily. If you feel that the mixture is sticking then apply a little refined or oil on your hand and make a ball or add flour to it.
– Now take arrowroot, mix it in half a bowl of water and make a thick solution. Now pick up each ball and dip it in it. Now put all the balls in the freezer for 5 minutes. We have kept them in the freezer so that they become a little thick and their shape becomes clear.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry each ball slowly on medium flame until it turns golden and take it out in a plate.
Hot, crunchy and healthy veg lollipops are ready.
