Material:
Flour – 2 cups
Grated paneer – 1 cup
Grated boiled potatoes – 3/4 cup
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Green chili – 2-3
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Chopped mint leaves – 1 tbsp (optional)
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Butter/Oil – 2-3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Method:
To make Paneer Paratha, first sift wheat flour in a mixing bowl or paratha. After this add some oil and salt to it and mix it well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough. Keep in mind that water has to be added so that soft dough can be kneaded. After this apply some oil on the surface of the dough and keep it covered with a cloth for 20-25 minutes.

Now take a medium size mixing bowl and add grated paneer and grated potato and mash both of them well. After this add chopped green chilies, ginger, green coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and mix all the ingredients well. After this add mint leaves and dried mango powder to the spices and mix salt according to taste. In this way the paratha masala is ready.

Now take the flour and knead it once more. After that make balls out of it. After this, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat for heating. Till the tawa is getting hot. Take a ball and roll it. After the puri is shaped, fill the prepared potato stuffing in it and close the stuffing by bringing the edges to the middle. After that give it the shape of a ball. Now press this ball lightly and roll the paratha into a round shape. After this, put some oil on the griddle and spread it all around and put the paratha and roast it on medium flame. Flip the paratha after a while and apply oil on it. Fry the paratha till it turns golden brown from both the sides. After that take it out in a plate. Similarly prepare parathas from all the dough. Your delicious paneer parathas are ready, serve them with chutney or tomato sauce.
