Method:
First of all, put the spices in a pan in sequence. After this, cook them for some time and then grind them in the mixer. After this, take butter and oil in a separate pan, add dry spices and cook till hot. After this, add the already prepared ground masala paste into it. Keep cooking it until the entire paste is fried properly. After this, add curd to the prepared paste and mix it well. Heat it until the oil and curd separate.

After this slowly add milk into it and mix it well. Let it cook until it thickens. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into medium sized cubes.
