Satish Kaushik lived in Delhi with his parents and 5 siblings. He came to Mumbai with the dream of becoming an actor, where he started working in a textile mill. Here Satish used to see the accounts of the Mill. Although he used to work in textile mills, but his heart was always set on the Bollywood in Mumbai where he grew up seeing the glare of the stars. He had a friend Raja Bundela and Satish used to say to him, ‘Raja, tera achcha hai, tu subah nikalta hai and at least meet film waale se mila toh hai and main toh textile room mein baitha rehta hai. Doesn’t do anything, I have become frustrated, what should I do man, I am not able to understand. On this the king said – Do you want to come with me? Come you Let me show you what happens outside.
Told Satish Kaushik – Shut up, come on out, run away, get out
Narrating his struggle story in this interview given to Komal Nahata, Satish Kaushik further said, ‘He took me to Amit Khanna’s office, which is in Khar. Told me to sit down. We were just entering that Amit Khanna was coming from far away. As soon as Amit Khanna came in front, we said that we are from NSD… and he said that shut up, let’s go outside. Run, get out of here. We said that…we have some photos…he said – out out. Means what is called pushing out, that is what happened.

Satish Kaushan also mentioned the aftermath of this incident in his interview and said, ‘Ye Amit kaisa aadmi hai yaar, hum NSD ke trend actor hain yaar, yeh kaise baat kar raha hai yaar. I swear I was so insulted that I cried so much after coming out. I said that I am fine in the textile mill only. The king told that I go through these things everyday. I cried so much, there was a restaurant in front, there I ate so much lunch, ate so much, after that went to sleep and then I woke up the next day.

Taking this story forward, Satish said, ‘Would you believe that he had made the film ‘Sheeshe Ka Ghar’ with the same Amit Khanna, Padmini Kolhapuri, he called me for a role in it. I have acted as the main villain in this film. When I started working in this film and they were praising me what an actor yaar yeh…itni praz kar raha tha na, I remember it well…then I told Amit – Amit tere ko Remember how you pushed me out? Then Amit said in reply – Friend, so many people come, where does he remember. Satish said- I did not know the frame of mind of Amit nor what problem he was going through and only then someone came in front to ask for work.

Satish Kaushik died only last month
Please tell that Satish Kaushik passed away last month on March 9, 2023. It was told that Satish had come to Delhi NCR to meet a friend and died due to a heart attack. However, after he passed away, it was learned that he had been partying at a friend’s farmhouse that last night. It was told that the farmhouse where the party was taking place belongs to Vikas Malu, owner of Kuber Group and it was his wife who made several allegations against her husband. Vikas Malu’s wife had alleged against her husband that he could be behind Satish’s death. However, after this the statement of Vikas Malu came to the fore, but the police investigation in this matter has not yet reached any conclusion.
