[ad_1]
Holi is just around the corner and we all have made preparations for it. Generally it is seen that after Holi, we throw out the clothes we are wearing. Actually, while playing Holi, stains of colors get applied on the clothes and we feel that these stains will not be cleaned or we will have to work very hard to clean them. It is possible that you too have been doing the same thing till now. But now you don’t have to do that. If you want, after playing Holi, you can easily clean the stains from your clothes and use them again. So today in this article we are telling you about some such methods-
use lemon
The acidic nature of lemon helps in removing stains. Soak Holi stains in lemon juice for 15 minutes and then rub gently. After this, wash the cloth as usual, but do not mix this cloth with other clothes. If you want, you can also mix sea salt with lemon.
Use baking soda
Baking soda can also prove to be very helpful in removing color stains from clothes. For this, all you have to do is make a paste by mixing baking soda and water. Now apply it on the color stained area. Leave it like this for some time and then wash it with the help of water. Baking soda is a good exfoliator and helps remove even deeply ingrained color.
use window cleaner
You may find it a bit strange to hear, but window cleaner can also be helpful in cleaning Holi colors from clothes. All you need to do is make sure you use a clear ammonia-based spray-on window cleaner. You spray window cleaner directly on the stain and leave it for about 15-20 minutes. Now wipe the stain with a clean cloth and rinse it with water. Finally, clean the clothes as usual.
