Please inform that Pant was going to Uttarakhand to meet his mother on December 30 last year. On his way from Delhi, near Roorkee on the Dehradun Highway, his car went uncontrolled and hit the divider in which he was seriously injured. It was early morning when the car met with an accident. However, with the help of the local people, Pant was somehow pulled out of the burning car and admitted to the hospital.

Immediately after the accident, he was taken to Max Hospital in Dehradun, but after undergoing treatment for a few days, Pant was airlifted and admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. After being discharged from there, he is now at his home and is recovering fast.

Pant will not play in IPL 2023

Rishabh Pant, who was badly injured in the car accident, will take a long time to recover. In such a situation, he will not play for Delhi Capitals in the upcoming season of Indian Premier League 2023. Pant was the captain of Delhi Capitals.
