By postponing the film, the makers of Ranveer and Alia’s film have avoided a clash with Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus ‘Ponniyin Selvan: Part 2’, the second film in the veteran filmmaker’s epic Tamil franchise. This is not the first time that the release of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ has been postponed. The film was earlier scheduled to release on February 10, 2023 but was later postponed to April 28.

Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar starrer ‘Bheed’ has now got a new release date. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Rajkummar Rao posted a frame from the sets of the film and captioned it, ‘#BHEED Presenting a social drama, highlighting the contradictions and complexities going through our nation’s toughest times! Released in theaters on 24 March 2023.
