The fifth installment of the YRF spy universe released on the silver screens on November 12 amid positive reviews and much fanfare. The film starring Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi recorded an impressive collection of Rs 44.50 crore on the first day in India. On the second day, ‘Tiger 3’ achieved a new milestone and crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the domestic box office.

The action-thriller earned Rs 44.50 crore across all languages ​​on its opening day in India. According to trade reports, on the second day i.e. on 13th November, the film collected Rs 57.50 crore at the box office. Now the total collection of ‘Tiger 3’ in India has reached Rs 102 crore. The film got an overall occupancy of 48.62 percent. The highest occupancy rate of 62.53 percent was recorded during the evening show.

‘Tiger 3’ follows ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘War’ and ‘Pathan’ in the YRF spy universe. The film will see Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprising their roles as Avinash and Zoya respectively. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, ‘Tiger 3’ is produced by Aditya Chopra. Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan have made cameos in the film.

Its soundtrack is composed by Pritam, while the background score is composed by Tanuj Tiku. Reportedly, ‘Tiger 3′ was made on an estimated budget of Rs 300 crore, thus making it Yash Raj Films’ most expensive project.
