We are going to tell you a special sandwich recipe which is not made with cheese and potatoes but with rava. To make a sandwich, first you have to make a mixture of semolina and curd. Mix green chillies, ginger, salt, tomato, capsicum and green coriander in it and keep the mixture covered for 10 minutes.

That’s why we are going to tell you the recipe of a special sandwich, which is not made from cheese and potatoes, but from Rava and it is prepared instantly, so let us tell you the method of making Semolina Bread Sandwich.
Material
Bread slices – 6
Semolina – half cup
Curd – half cup
Finely chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
1 chopped green chili
Finely chopped ginger – half inch
to taste – salt
Method
To make sandwich, first you have to make a mixture of curd and semolina. For this, put curd and semolina in a vessel and mix it well. Mix green chillies, ginger, salt, tomato, capsicum and green coriander in it and keep the mixture covered for 10 minutes. Now take a bread slice to make a sandwich and spread a spoonful of batter evenly over it. Similarly, apply batter on the other bread as well. Now heat the griddle to bake it and grease it with ghee or butter. When it gets a little hot, lower the flame and keep the batter part of both the breads on the griddle. Let the flame be very low, turn it after a while and bake till it becomes golden. Keep in mind that it becomes crispy only after baking well from both the sides. You can bake it on both sides by applying ghee or butter and press it in between so that it cooks well. Serve hot semolina bread sandwich with tomato sauce or green chutney.
Note- According to cookery expert, you can use any brown or white bread in sandwich, but white bread becomes more crispy. If kids don’t like spicy, then add the seeds of green chilies.
