Mumbai . Actor Sanjay Dutt recently got injured on the sets of his upcoming film ‘Double Smart’, in which he is sharing screen space with Telugu actor Ram Pothineni.
According to media reports, the actor got injured while filming a sword fight sequence in Bangkok. Though it was not very serious, the actor got stitches on his head.
However, the actor was back in action in no time and fulfilled his professional commitment by completing the sequence. According to sources, the incident took place last week.
‘Double Smart’ is directed by Puri Jagannadh, whose previous film ‘Liger’ starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday flopped at the box-office.
For Sanjay, the film is his debut in Telugu cinema and his Kannada debut with ‘KGF: Chapter 2’.
Earlier, Sanjay had shared his first look at his ex from ‘Double iSmart’.
The first look poster of his character is strongly reminiscent of his portrayal in films like ‘Musafir’ and ‘Kaante’ wherein he sported a cool and suave urban look.
Besides this, Sanjay is also set to foray into Tamil cinema with his upcoming film ‘Leo’, in which he will be sharing screen space with Tamil superstars Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha. The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. (IANS)
