Actor Pankaj Tripathi is playing the role of a policeman. He investigates a murder in Delhi and finds there is more to it than meets the eye. The makers have released a short video giving a glimpse of the mysterious world of the film.
In the video, Pankaj Tripathi can be heard saying, ‘Those who murder, how do they look, like a princess from South Delhi (Sara’s character) or a devastated lover from Chandni Chowk (Vijay’s character), the old characters of suspense films. A dream girl (Karisma Kapoor’s character) or a colorful artiste (Dimple Kapadia’s character)…
The one in whose veins royal blood flows (Sanjay Kapoor’s character) or a gossip butterfly (Tisca Chopra’s character) or a party mosquito (Suhail Nayyar’s character).’ He further said, ‘Actually, most murderers are not brutes in appearance, they are ordinary men and women. He is congratulating himself, ‘Happy murder brother.’ Regarding the film, director Homi said that ‘Murder Mubarak’ brings together actors of different generations, whom the audience has seen in films of different genres and moods. This is a colorful murder mystery in which you will have fun finding the clues. Producer, Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films shared,
‘This is the sixth project in which director Homi and I are working. I wanted to move forward by finding a unique and entertaining story and then this happened. Additionally, with such a diverse group bringing to life a script that is one of the strangest and more entertaining murder mysteries I have read was very exciting to me.’ ‘Murder Mubarak’ will premiere on Netflix on March 15.
