Savarkar’s earnings increased by more than 50 percent, Sundays expectations increased

Randeep Hooda starrer film ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ has been released in theaters on March 22. This is a biographical film in which Randeep Hooda has played the role of freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Veer Savarkar. The film is getting average response from the audience. The film did not have a special opening on the first day but on the second day the film got the benefit of the weekend.

According to the report of SACNILC, ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ had opened an account with Rs 1.05 crore on the first day. On the second day, the film’s earnings have increased and it has collected Rs 2.25 crore. ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ has earned a total of Rs 3.30 crore in two days at the domestic box office.

‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ has been released in theaters along with Kunal Khemu’s directorial debut film ‘Madgaon Express’. ‘Madgaon Express’ is doing good business at the box office and seems to be beating ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’. While Randeep Hooda’s film has earned Rs 3.30 crore in two days, ‘Madgaon Express’ has done a business of Rs 4.50 crore.

‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ has been released in two languages, Hindi and Marathi. The film is earning in Hindi language but is not earning much in Marathi language. Ankita Lokhande is also seen playing an important role in this Randeep Hooda starrer film. The actress has played the role of Yamunabai Savarkar, wife of Veer Savarkar.

The film ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ is a biopic of Indian freedom fighter and reformer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. The personal and political journey of Veer Savarkar is shown in the film.
