Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ brought smile on the faces of elderly women in Guwahati – Dainik Savera Times

Mumbai: The magic of the film ‘Jawaan’ starring superstar Shahrukh Khan has spread all over the world. People of all ages and genders have gone crazy about the actor. Shahrukh Khan’s fans in Guwahati, Assam, had reportedly organized a special show of the film ‘Jawaan’ for the elderly women of an old age home. Shahrukh Khan Universe Fan Club A video has been posted on X account. In the video, elderly women were seen smiling and happily posing for the camera after watching the action entertainer’s show.

The video post was captioned, ‘Women of all ages love Shahrukh Khan. Check out these women smiling after watching the film ‘Jawaan’ at an old age home in Guwahati. Shah Rukh replied to the post on Sunday, and wrote, ‘Thank you, glad I can bring a smile on their faces through my films! Guwahati, please convey my love and immense gratitude to him!’

In another post on X, Shah Rukh Khan thanked fans in Pune who watched the weekend show of ‘Jawaan’ at the iconic Victory Theatre. Shahrukh Khan wrote, ‘Thank you Pune! Wishing you all health and happiness… I hope you have a great weekend with Jaawan! ‘Jawaan’ stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra. The film was released on 7 September. Directed by Atlee, ‘Jawaan’ stars Shah Rukh in a double role.

Vigilante action film ‘Jawaan’ has crossed the box office collection of the other big hit of the year, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s ‘Gadar 2’ in just nine days. Jawaan has collected Rs. 21.90 crores on the eighth day including 18 percent GST and Rs. 21.90 crores on the ninth day. A collection of Rs 20.20 crore has been made on the day. The film Jawan has earned Rs 696 crore worldwide. Shahrukh’s next film ‘Dinky’ is in line for release this year.
