Sweet potato – 1 kg

Sugar – 1 cup

Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Chopped almonds – 5

First of all, boil the sweet potatoes and then peel them. Then mash them. After this, keep the milk in a big vessel to heat. After the milk boils lightly, add mashed sweet potatoes to it. Now cook both these things until the milk becomes thick.

Now put a cup of water in another pan and heat it, when the water becomes hot, add a pinch of saffron in it. When saffron dissolves well in water, add milk to it and keep stirring the rabri with the help of a spoon. Then add cardamom powder to it and mix it well. Now cook the rabri on medium flame for at least 5 minutes.

After the rabri is cooked well, mix sugar in it as per taste. Mix the sugar well with the help of a spoon. Then cook the rabri for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the gas.
