The Bombay High Court asked Sheezan Khan’s legal team to file a bail application first. Sheejan in jail for 1 month, court refuses to release
Later, the police arrested Sheejan Khan by registering a case under Section 306 of the IPC. Sheejan has been in jail for more than a month. Sheejan Khan’s lawyer had filed two petitions in the Bombay High Court on behalf of the actor. In one of these petitions, Sheejan Khan appealed for bail. The Bombay High Court will hear the petition on February 15. On the other hand, in the second petition, Sheejan had demanded immediate release, which the court refused to grant.

Apart from this, the Bombay High Court also asked some questions to the prosecution during the hearing. Justice Revati Mohite Dere and Justice Prithviraj Chavan’s bench asked the question whether such evidence has been found in the investigation, which shows that the accused incited the deceased actress to commit suicide? According to the report of ‘Aaj Tak’, public prosecutor Aruna Pai told the court that Tunisha enters the CCTV camera installed outside accused Sheejan Khan’s room and looks completely normal. But when she came out, she looked upset. On the other hand, Sheejan Khan had deleted some data and messages etc. from his phone, which will take another 3 weeks to recover.
