Mumbai | TV actress Shrenu Parikh is playing the lead role in the show ‘Maitri’. The actress shared her experience of shooting with a child Azima Shaikh and how her nervous side disappeared initially. Shrenu said, “The kid who plays Nandini’s (Bhavika Chowdhary) son is actually a baby girl and when I got to know that we are going to start shooting with a newborn, I was very nervous. We all know how difficult it is to handle. Small children and shooting with them is another task altogether. No one can predict a newborn’s mood, but Ajima is surprisingly a very calm baby.

Shrenu Parikh ‘What name should I give to this love?’ She is known for her role in. She further shared that she is now comfortable working with Ajima and is also taking training to be a good mother while working with him.

She is only a 3 month old baby but because I spend extra time with her she recognizes me. She calms down easily whenever I calm her down. Every time I call her ‘Shotu’, she immediately responds with her most precious smile. In fact, her mother also feels very secure when Ajima is in my arms. And now, with Azima coming into my life, I really feel that someday, I can be a good mother.

The show is a reflection of the true friendship and childhood bond between Maitree and Nandini, two friends living in the city of Prayagraj, and how their bond breaks due to circumstances.
