Circus was flopping badly
It is known that Rohit Shetty also has high expectations from this Ajay Devgan starrer film because his previous film ‘Circus’ proved to be a huge flop at the box office. This was the first film in Rohit Shetty’s career which had to face failure at the box office. The film had a wide star cast including Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandes and Johnny Lever. Besides, the budget of the film was also very high, however, despite this mega-budget and a wide star cast, the film could not do much in terms of earnings.
