Greater Noida: The lawyers of YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who is jailed in the snake venom smuggling case, will file a fresh petition in the court for bail on Thursday. On Wednesday, two people related to this case were arrested by Sector 20 police of Noida. He was presented in the court. After which he was sent to jail. One of the arrested people works in a tent house and was in contact with snake charmers.
The second person is a special friend of Elvish Yadav, using whom Elvish used to call snake charmers in rave parties. The petition could not be heard in Surajpur District Court due to the strike in the court for the third consecutive day. On Wednesday, the police said in the court about increasing the sections of the NDPS Act. The defense lawyer said that the substance found in the investigation does not fall under the category of sections.
A fresh bail plea will be filed on Thursday in place of the bail plea already filed in the Elvish case. Changes have been made in the sections under the court remand change. Now sections 8, 8/22,27,27A, 29,32 have been added under the NDPC Act on Elvish. Earlier, a petition for bail was filed under section 8/20, 120B. His two associates, Ishwar and Vinay, have also been sent to jail. After the arrest of both, names of many more people are expected to come forward. According to police sources, now another celebrity is on the police radar. Who can be called soon and interrogated.
