Priya Singh alleges that Ashwajit Gaikwad’s friends Romil Patil and Sagar Shelke had advised her to blow herself up. After this, Ashwajeet Gaikwad first beat her, then after biting her hands, drove her away and ran away leaving Priya Singh there in the same condition.
Case registered at Kasarvadavali police station
Priya Singh has lodged a complaint about this incident at Kasarvadavali police station. Police have registered a case against Ashwajit Gaikwad, Romil Patil and Sagar Shelke. However, even after three days the police have not arrested any accused.
Pressure on Priya Singh to withdraw FIR
Priya Singh told that after the condition of her by Ashwajit Gaikwad and his friends, pressure is being constantly put on Priya to withdraw the FIR lodged at Kasarvadavali police station. Romil Patil and Sagar Shelke, both friends of Ashwajit Gaikwad, are circling the hospital and threatening him to withdraw the FIR. Priya Singh said that she is not coming under any pressure and she will fight for justice. He has also appealed to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde that an impartial investigation should be conducted in this matter and the culprits should be given strictest punishment.
