He told that both of them parted ways in February 2019 and now the process of their divorce is going on. The actress told in an interview to ‘ETimes’, ‘I was badly broken emotionally and I had absolutely no energy left to invest in work, family or myself.’

Sonali said, ‘I hated myself. My self confidence had dropped. I didn’t even know when I said good-bye to old Sonali. Who just loved to laugh and smile. But later I realized that I can either live as a victim or I can live the opportunities that come my way. Then I thought of healing my own wound and changed my position. I then prepared myself to do something new.

I didn’t even have to audition for the role. This role saved me from leaving this industry.
