What was the whole incident?
It is known that Sonu Nigam was performing in Chembur on the evening of 20 February. Sonu Nigam told ANI that when he was getting down from the stage after the performance, Shiv Sena MLA Prakash’s son misbehaved with his team manager and also pushed him from behind. When Singer’s friend Rabbani came to his rescue, MLA’s son Swapnil also pushed him, causing him to fall and get injured. In this case, Sonu Nigam went to Chembur police station the same night and filed a complaint against Swapnil. Taking immediate action, the police started investigation by registering a case against Swapnil under sections 323, 341 and 337 of the IPC.
