Star Cinemas, a leading cinema chain in the UAE shared an update regarding the advance booking of ‘Jawaan’. Advance ticket booking of ‘Jawan’ has started three weeks before the release of the film.
Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the theatrical release of his upcoming film ‘Jawaan’. The superstar will be seen alongside Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. According to media reports, Shahrukh has a double role in filmmaker Atlee’s film. There is still time for the film to release but the advance bookings for Jawan are now open in UAE. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on 7 September 2023.
Advance bookings of ‘Jawan’ now open in UAE
Star Cinemas, a leading cinema chain in the UAE shared an update regarding the advance booking of ‘Jawaan’. Advance ticket booking of ‘Jawan’ has started three weeks before the release of the film. A tweet from Star Cinemas read, “Jawaan – Advance booking is now open! Starcast: Book tickets for Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijaysetupathi. Releasing on 7th September 2023 in a Star Cinemas near you. Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.”
Let us tell you, the advance booking of ‘Jawan’ has already started in the United States of America (USA). According to Venky Reviews and Sacknilk, approximately 4,800 tickets worth $74.2K have been sold from 289 locations. The locations and shows will be increased in the coming days as ‘Jawan’ is expected to get a bigger opening than ‘Pathan in USA’.
For the unaware, SRK’s ‘Pathan’ earned $1.85 million on its opening day in North America. And ‘Jawan’ is likely to earn more than ‘Pathan’ opening day collection in US. As per reports, the Atlee directorial will take an opening of Rs 50 crore overseas as compared to ‘Pathan”s overseas collection of Rs 37 crore.
About ‘Jawan’
Directed by Atlee, ‘Jawaan’ also stars Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra and Ridhi Dogra in pivotal roles. According to media reports, Deepika has a cameo role in the film. The film will be released on the big screen in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. ‘Jawan’ was earlier scheduled to release in theaters on June 2, 2023.
After the release of ‘Jawaan’, Shah Rukh will be next seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Danki’ alongside Taapsee Pannu.
