Dubai (Best Hindu News): The general sale of tickets for the International Cricket Council (ICC) Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 has started from 25 August. Tickets for the non-Indian match went on sale on the first day, but during this time there was such a rush of fans that the official website and app crashed for about 35 to 40 minutes. Due to this, sports lovers had to face a lot of trouble in booking tickets. This is the condition when there are no matches for India, imagine what will happen when the ticket sales for India’s warm-up matches start from 30th August and official matches start from 31st August.

Let us tell you that tickets for India’s practice matches in Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram can be bought from August 30. A day later, tickets will be opened for India’s matches in Chennai (vs Australia, October 8), Delhi (vs Afghanistan, October 11) and Pune (vs Bangladesh, October 19).

The sale of World Cup tickets has started very late and on the very first day the sale was for matches in which India is not playing. However, the process started at 8 pm local time and soon after fans complained about the ‘Book My Show’ app crashing. The app is the ticketing partner for the World Cup starting October 5.
