Sunny Deol and Karan Deol will face each other in Lahore 1947

Lahore 1947: Every day many types of updates come out regarding director Rajkumar Santoshi’s upcoming film Lahore 1947. Now Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol has entered this movie. Yes, you read it right.

This will be the first time that the father-son duo will be seen together on the silver screen. Talking about Karan’s inclusion in the team, Rajkumar Santoshi said, “Whenever I met Karan at Sunny’s house or office, I always saw an energy in him.”

He said, then I talked to Aamir and he also said yes to audition and he got good marks. I am confident that he will perform well and stand up against Sunny Deol, one of the most dynamic actors of our times. He will stand firmly in front of them.”

Rajkumar Santoshi said, there will be many shorts where Sunny Deol and Karan will be seen face to face in Lahore 1947. There will be many scenes of both of them together. The audience is really going to enjoy.

Talking about Sunny Deol’s reaction on casting Karan Deol, Rajkumar Santoshi said, “He was very happy. Sunny and I have done some very good films like Ghatak and Damini. Therefore, as a director he has confidence and trust in my abilities to get good performances from my actors.

The director said, “It is important to bring Karan’s talent and ability in front of the audience, so Sunny was very happy. Karan is very hardworking and honest. I am confident that he will live up to the expectations. “He will proudly carry forward the name of his father and grandfather (actor, Dharmendra).”

With Lahore 1947, Preity Zinta is also making a comeback in films. Shabana Azmi and Mona Singh are present with Sunny Paaji in the film. Now actor Abhimanyu Singh, best known for his iconic role in Gulaal, has joined the cast of Lahore: 1947.

Sunny Deol tasted big success last year with Gadar 2. The film made huge money at the box office. All three Khans made their presence felt at one of the success parties of Gadar 2. At the party, Aamir Khan also congratulated Sunny Deol for this achievement.
