Mumbai Actress Sunny Leone shared her yoga routine on International Yoga Day on Wednesday. She said that she likes to include yoga in her fitness program. It helps to cleanse the body by removing all the harmful substances.

The actress, who started her journey in Indian showbiz after appearing in ‘Bigg Boss’ season 5, talks about her yoga routine. She said, I always choose hot yoga. The reason I love hot yoga is because it flushes out toxins from my body apart from strengthening and toning my muscles.

He also shared his opinion about mindfulness, which is closely linked to yoga, and how it is important in the current times, he said, adding that in the present times it is important to be aware not only of ourselves but also of the things around us. It is very important to be aware of all things and people.

On the work front, Sunny will soon be seen in ‘Kennedy’, directed by Anurag Kashyap, the poster boy of Indian noir. She will share screen space with Rahul Bhat and Abhilash Thapliyal in the film.
