Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case heated up again, Aditya Thackeray filed this petition in the High Court

Three years have passed since the untimely demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, yet this matter remains a mystery, with no clear solution in sight. Now, Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray has approached the Bombay High Court seeking its intervention in a PIL filed by a lawyer demanding a CBI probe against him. On October 13, Thackeray submitted an intervention application through lawyer Rahul Arote, arguing that the PIL in question was not maintainable.

Aditya Thackeray has requested the court to hear his side before passing any order on the PIL demanding a CBI inquiry into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian. Rahul Arote said that we have filed an intervention application stating that we should be heard before passing any order. We have said that the PIL is not maintainable as the investigation of the case is already going on by the CBI.

The investigation into the Sushant Singh Rajput case is already under the purview of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over the matter. As a result, the High Court has been restrained from issuing any directions in this regard. Let us tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14, 2020. His sudden death sent a wave of shock across the entire Indian film industry and his fans. The cause of his death was reported to be suicide, and it led to significant public and media discussion about mental health issues and the pressures faced by individuals in the entertainment industry.
