Tanharshan Mehta talks openly about cameo role in ‘Karmadhikari Shanidev’

Mumbai (Uttam Hindu News): Actor Thranjal Mehta, who plays the character of Shukracharya in the TV show ‘Karmadhikari Shanidev’, revealed that it is a cameo role. He told that shooting has to be done for four to five days in a month.

Thrall is known for his acting in ‘Kulfi Kumar Bajewala’ and ‘Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Se’.

Thrill said: “I play the character of Shukracharya, who is known as the guru of death. In the show, Shani Dev has three or four friends, which include Rahu, Ketu and Shukracharya and I play the role of one of Shani Dev’s close companions. What I find interesting about my character is the depth and complexity of Shukracharya’s role as the guru of demons and demons, which adds a unique dimension to the story.”

The ‘Siya Ke Ram’ actor further shared: “It’s a cameo role, and apart from two or three characters, most of them are in cameo appearances, which involves four to five days of shooting in a month.”

Talking about his character, Thrall commented, “It is a bit challenging to connect with the character in real life. It’s a mythology, and we live in a different era. The powers that our gods had at that time are not possible today.

However, there is a sense of relativity because the same divine power, which controls all, is running the entire world. So, in that aspect, there is a little bit of a connection.”

‘Karmadhikari Shanidev’ highlights the untold stories of Shanidev’s life, taken from iconic epics like Ramayana and the various incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
