Shah also took the name of Ishan Kishan in the middle of his conversation. However, he said that this rule is equally applicable to all cricketers who are not part of the Test team in the current series. Let us tell you that this stadium will now be known as Niranjan Shah Stadium.

Jai Shah further said that everyone will have to play red ball cricket. The chairman of the selection committee has given me suggestions and I am going to give them free rein. After that he will be free to take decisions. Shah also clarified that all decisions will be taken after consultation with the National Cricket Academy (NCA). He said that if someone’s body is not able to handle both white ball and red ball cricket, then we do not want to impose anything in that regard.
Mukesh Kumar released to play Ranji
Team India’s fast bowler Mukesh Kumar is part of the team for the last three tests against England. But he has been released to play Ranji before the third Test. He will join his team Bengal for the Ranji match against Bihar from Friday. He will join the team before the fourth Test starting from 23 February. The fourth test will be played at JSCA Stadium in Ranchi.
