Material

Butter – 4 tbsp

Finely chopped onion – 1 medium

Red chili and garlic chutney – 1 tsp

Finely chopped tomato – 1 medium

Capsicum finely chopped – 1

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

Finely chopped green chili – 1-2

Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tsp

Idli chopped – 5-6

Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

salt – as per taste

water – as required

Green coriander for garnish

To make this, take a non stick pan. Then heat butter in it. Now fry the onion in it. Frying onion in butter brings out its flavor. Fry the onion till it turns light pink.

After roasting the onion, add ginger and garlic paste and let it cook for 30 seconds.

Now add red chili powder and garlic chutney to it and cook.

After roasting these spices well, add tomatoes to it. You have to cook the tomato till it becomes like a gravy.

After cooking the tomatoes, add the rest of the vegetables. However, pav bhaji vegetables will also taste good in this.

Now after the vegetables are cooked, add pavbhaji masala to it and fry while stirring for at least 30 minutes. Then put water in it.

Keep in mind that you have to add salt to it at the very last. After this let it cook for a while.

Now cut the idli into small pieces and mix it in the pan vegetables. Cook it for 5-6 minutes.

When it is cooked and ready, mix lemon juice and butter in it.

Turn off the gas after garnishing with coriander leaves.
