London: Fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has been included in Australia’s 15-man squad for the World Test Championship (WTC) final against India starting June 7 at The Oval. The 32-year-old bowler had returned home midway through the Indian Premier League due to injury. He has, however, been included in the Australian team along with Test captain Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and pace bowlers Scott Boland. The selection of Hazlewood, who has so far taken 222 wickets in 59 Tests, means the selectors have to look for an all-rounder Michael Neser or a fast bowler. There will be no need to keep bowler Sean Abbott in the team. Neser and Abbott are currently playing county cricket and Australia head coach Andrew McDonald recently said they could be included in the squad should any player be injured. Hazlewood has been struggling with injuries recently. He was later associated with the Royal Challengers Bangalore team in the IPL.
